African ambitions: Groupe Duval has an ad hoc strategic advisor

Today co-directed by Pauline Boucon-Duval and Louis-Victor DuvalDuval Group, real estate family player who happened diversified in recent years in other sectors such as tourism, finance or agri-food, has set up a strategic council made up of “independent personalities recognized for their competence and their knowledge of the African continent”.

President of the association Action Contre la Faim since 2013, Stephanie Rivoal will ensure the presidency of this entity. Also a member of the supervisory board of the Meridiam infrastructure fund and of the board of directors of the construction company Colas, she spent a decade upstream in investment banking, notably as senior vice president of JPMorgan Chase in London.

Were appointed members of the Africa Strategic Council Sibyl the Mayorexecutive director of the Bayard group in charge of development, also founder of Club Landoy, think tank dedicated to the demographic transition, and financial media dedicated to women ViveS; Thierry Tanohformer Minister of Petroleum, Energy and Renewable Energy Development of Côte d’Ivoire; Wilfrid Lauriano do Rego, partner at KPMG since 2002 and chairman of the supervisory board of the French branch, as well as coordinator of the Presidential Council for Africa (CPA) since 2019; and finally the Franco-Togolese Rachel Lawsonadministrative and financial director of Mimi Hearing Technologies, a technology company based in Berlin.
