All the features of the next Vivo X90 revealed before its official presentation

The Vivo brand should soon announce the arrival on the market of the new series of high-end smartphones X90. It would be made up of the X90, X90 Pro and X90 Pro+ models. The first has just been the subject of a substantial leak revealing its entire technical sheet before a presentation expected within the next few weeks. Here are all the details.

Vivo’s new flagship series will be the X90s. They will succeed the X80s currently on the market. In France, we were only treated to the Vivo X80 Pro model, which offers excellent performance and very high photo quality, in particular thanks to extremely advanced image processing and lenses developed by Zeiss, the photo partner. The X90 series will be made up of the X90, X90 Pro and X90 Pro+ models, for China and hopefully also for other markets including France. Recently, indiscretions reached us to deliver some details regarding the technical data sheet of the Vivo X90 Pro +. Today, it is the turn of the X90 to be highlighted with a leak of its technical sheet published by the Digital Chat Station forecaster, very well informed and with a particularly positive assessment.

Which technical sheet for the Vivo X90?

According to Digital Chat Station, the Vivo X90 will ship a MediaTek Dimensity 9200 chipset which must be formalized in November by the founder. This chip should provide increased performance compared to the MediaTek Dimensity 9000 installed in the Vivo X80 while the X80 Pro is equipped with a Qualcomm Snapdragon 8 Gen 1 processor. The Vivo X90 would have a screen with an AMOLED panel without we know what diagonal it will have exactly. It would benefit from a maximum refresh rate of 120 Hz. The device is expected to have a 4700 mAh battery which should give it decent battery life, but the interesting fact is that it could support charging at 120 watts which would allow it to fully recharge in less than 20 minutes.

Which photo sensors inside?

For the photo part, the Vivo X90 would be equipped with a main photo sensor on the back of 50 megapixels. A 13-megapixel sensor would be there to handle ultra wide-angle shots while a final 12-megapixel lens. The phone could embed the V2 image processing chip to help it optimize photos like the X80s which benefit from the V1+ chip. The device could be waterproof and dustproof, but without displaying the IP68 certification as such. There is still quite a bit of time before the official presentation of the new series of Vivo X90 and until then, it is possible that other information will reach us.
