Apple announced that starting October 25, its app store, the App Store, will feature more advertising content, including on the home tab. Today.

The company would introduce this content both in the home tab, “Today”, and on the pages of the apps themselves available in its online store, at the bottom of the service page.

The company encouraged app developers to use this new advertising format via its website, where it reiterated the benefits of placing an advertisement for its services in the “Today” tab.
“It becomes one of the first pieces of content users see when they visit the App Store. This location becomes a good choice to make your application better known, in particular for launching content new content, special events and seasonal promotions,” the post read.
Ads will be differentiated by a blue background and an icon indicating that it is advertising content. The company also points out that it will implement these ads for all App Store users except China, which will retain its usual interface.
Interested advertisers will need to create ads for their products through. App Store Connect. Once developed, Apple Search Ads must approve their use for advertising purposes.
It should be noted that Apple currently allows users to block personalized ads. This privacy option will remain active with the introduction of advertising in new App Store locations.
