The People’s Bank Grand Ouest separates from its crowdfunding platform Proxima which she launched in 2015. Since 2015, 22 projects have been presented on Proximea. Banque Populaire Grand Ouest indicates that it will continue to monitor the companies concerned, and in particular the 6 start-ups: 10-Wines, Tiwal, Front Back, nodes, blacknut and Guardtex. Through this merger, Proximea wishes to benefit from the expertise of Baltis and Magellim, “in terms of sourcing and structuring crowdfunding operations. The platform intends to “become the key player in the regions of Brittany, Normandy, Pays de Loire and Nouvelle Aquitaine. If Alexandre Toussaint becomes president of Proximea, Tanguy Morvan, the executive director of Otoktone, BPGO’s investment bank, retains the presidency of the six investment holding companies operated by the participatory platform.
