An investigation was opened after a complaint from the weekly Charlie Hebdo re a hack whose site was the subject of this Thursday. “An investigation has been opened on the counts of fraudulent access to an automated data processing system” but also fraudulent maintenance, introduction of data, fraudulent modification of data, fraudulent extraction of data and obstruction of the operation of such a system, has said the public prosecutor.
