Real Madrid: a Milanese to replace Hazard?

Real Madrid could repatriate Brahim Diaz next summer. The Spaniard, on loan to AC Milan this season, is performing very well (14 games, 4 goals, 1 assist).

According to the newspaper’s revelations AS, the Spanish club would intend to trust Brahim Diaz from next season, while two attacking players, Eden Hazard and Marco Asensio, could leave Real Madrid. The 31-year-old Belgian, very disappointing since joining the club in 2019, and little used by the coach of La Liga leader Carlo Ancelotti this season (6 games, 1 goal, 1 assist), would have a way out in england for January 2023. As for Marco Asensio, the Spaniard is out of contract next summer. The winger could slip into the enemy club, FC Barcelonaeven in the Premier League, on the side of Manchester United. That said, Real Madrid would have in the idea to extend the lease of the Spaniard.

Recruited in 2019 from Manchester City, for 17 million euros, Brahim Diaz could therefore return to Real Madrid, after two consecutive seasons on loan to AC Milan. The Spanish international (1 selection) never really had a chance in Madrid, but from the summer of 2023, Brahim Diaz could come and compete with Rodrygo and Vinicius Jr.

Fran Garcia dreams of Real Madrid

Another return could be in the pipeline: that of Fran Garcia. The 23-year-old Spaniard, trained at Real Madrid, is now playing at Rayo Vallecano, where the left-back is under contract until June 2025. Holder (12 games this season, 1 assist), Fran Garcia was questioned by journalist Sergio Santos on his future and a possible return to his training club: “I’ve always said it and never hidden it: one of my dreams is to return to Real Madrid. My return to Real last summer depended on certain moves, moves that didn’t happen”.

Last season, Fran Garcia was loaned to Rayo for a year. This summer, Fran Garcia was recruited for 2 million euros.
