It’s probably the quietest time of the year, but it’s the moment chosen by the developers of Skunkape Games to reveal the existence of Sam & Max: The Devil’s Playhouse Remastered, a title that will put a big title polish originally developed by Telltale Games.
This is the little surprise of the festivities of this beginning of the year, the developers of Skunkape Games have revealed the existence from the Sam & Max: The Devil’s Playhouse Remastered projecta title that will resume the story imagined by the teams of Telltale Games in 2010, and which had emerged in episodic format at the time.
We do not yet know much about the return of the game, or even the media that will be affected even if the title still has a 99% chance of arriving on PC. We imagine, however, that Xbox players will be in the game after being able to enjoy Sam & Max Save the World and Sam & Max: Beyond Time and Space, both released in 2021 on our consoles.
The short teaser presented, however, shows the particular care taken by the developers to offer a much more modern aspect to the whole. Fans of the duo and point’n click enthusiasts should be delighted with this announcement, and keep their fingers crossed for an arrival on Xbox, and this from 2023.
