The children had their heads in the stars

The children had their heads in the stars

The fall holidays placed on the theme of the discovery of the solar system were a great success. Indeed, around a hundred children from Laissagais, divided into 75 families, came to the leisure centre, with an additional forty welcomed daily.

Attendance continues to increase. The children were welcomed in the premises of the college, redecorated with planets and rockets to take the children to space. The first days of the holidays were devoted to the creation of a planetary decor and games that were both fun and educational.

The children also had the chance to receive a visit from Ms. Mat, an astronomy enthusiast, who explained to them the latest solar eclipse. The young people were even able to observe it thanks to the Solar scope and ask many questions. This meeting was very enriching.

In addition, a multitude of major themes transported the children: – Welcome to NASA, – In pursuit of extraterrestrials, – Creation of a rocket cabin, – The challenge of astronauts. These holidays rich in activities and entertainment have also kept a place for Halloween. Little monsters, witches, and ghosts formed a pretty parade through the streets of Laissac. Finally, holidaymakers went to Pradinas animal park on Friday.

Next meeting during the Christmas holidays from December 19 to 23, 2022. Contact by email at: [email protected]
