After unveiling the new design of the OnePlus 11 Pro a few days ago, the famous leaker OnLeaks has just completed its leak with most of the technical characteristics of the next smartphone from the Chinese manufacturer. According to his information, many aspects of the device will change from the previous model, and we will find in particular many novelties in terms of photography.

Unsurprisingly, the leaker confirms that the OnePlus 11 Pro will be powered by the next high-end chip that Qualcomm will present in November 2022: the Snapdragon 8 Gen 2. At his side, we would find up to 16 GB of RAM and 256 GB of storage, as the OnePlus 10T before him, but the basic version should make do with 8 GB of RAM and 128 GB of storage.

The OnePlus 11 Pro will bring big changes in photos

According to information from OnLeaks, OnePlus will greatly modify the photo part of the OnePlus 11 Pro compared to the OnePlus 10 Pro. Indeed, the next smartphone will use this time a main sensor of 50 MP. This will be accompanied by a 48 MP ultra-wide-angle sensoras well as by a 32 MP telephoto lens offering 2X optical zoom. This is less than its predecessor, which could go up to 3X. It’s a shame to see that the Chinese manufacturer still does not opt for a periscope sensor, like most of its competitors. The selfie part will be provided by a 16 MP camera.

We also learn that the OnePlus 11 Pro will always rely on a 6.7-inch QHD+ AMOLED screen. The latter will probably be LTPO with a maximum frequency of 120 Hz. On the battery side, the smartphone will be powered by a 5000 mAh battery. Despite the introduction of 150W wireless charging on the OnePlus 10T a few months ago, the OnePlus 11 Pro will be content with 100 W wired fast charging. It’s still 20 W more than the OnePlus 10 Pro.
